macro to create the ControlPanel window to hold widgets

Description

MicroAVS is a macro that creates a narrow, root-level window toward the left the screen. This window has a option menu. Applications with user interfaces can have their widgets automatically register with this ControlPanel window when they are gragged down into the MicroAVS workspace. The module's specified title is added to the ControlPanel option menu. When the user selects the title form the option menu, its widgets appear in the ControlPanel window.

All MicroAVS Compatibility Kit modules use the ControlPanel window to display their control widgets.
