Description:

 This is a special version of field to mesh, for uniform fields,
 that outputs just one quadrilateral, with texture from
 the field, rather than a pair of vertex colored triangles
 for each sample point. This allows exploitation of hardware
 texture mapping.

 This is prototype unsupported code. The source is NOT
 intended as a working example.
